Tilson Bennett

Tilson is the Account Manager for the Avaya, Tellabs, Ciena, and CTDI accounts. His responsibilities include client relationship management, analyzing and interpreting data, managing metrics and results, creating and presenting reports, problem resolution, process creation, and team building.

Zachary Bouzan-Kaloustian

Zach Bouzan-Kaloustian is an Account Manager at OnProcess Technology. He joined OnProcess after graduating from Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Zach manages a team of Logistics Service Representatives and Team Leads that support various medical clients in their asset recovery and inventory management efforts. Duarte Esteiriero

Duarte is Manager of Quality and Training (Cable and Wireless) at OnProcess Technology. Duarte has oversight of the quality monitoring for the Wireless and Cable business. He also has oversight for training of the cable and wireless OPT employees. Training includes “on boarding” training, certification programs for existing employees, recertification for veteran employees and specific product up-training in the cable and wireless sector.

Elizabeth Gargan

Elizabeth is the Client Services Manager at OnProcess Technology for Business-to-Business Hardware.  Her responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting Business Reviews and Return on Investment information to clients; reviewing client reporting and analyzing business trends; streamlining processes to create efficiencies; and aligning Operations & Sales to ensure effective communication on an ongoing basis.

Steve Kirstein

Steve is the Director of Marketing at OnProcess Technology. His responsibilities include branding, positioning, lead generation, creative strategy and execution, sales support and prospect communication.

Mike Reid

Mike is a Business Analyst for the Market Research and Product Development team at OnProcess.  His responsibilities include developing, managing and analyzing various Market Research projects for OnProcess clients.  He is also responsible for helping to develop and enhance the RL360^TM and CE360^TM product offerings for OnProcess.  He received his MBA from Bentley University.

Faith Shelby

Faith is a Senior Program Manager at OnProcess Technology.   She manages a team of Logistics Service Representatives and Team Leads for the Medical and High Touch Business unit.  She is responsible for the strategic development, growth and quality of assigned accounts.  Faith interacts with clients to develop program standards, expectations and processes, as well as reporting and analysis.
